We are headhunting a visually inventive Graphic Designer to join a high-growth creative team. This role is built for a digital artist who can translate abstract concepts into compelling visual stories that command attention. You will be responsible for defining the aesthetic direction of diverse campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.
We are looking for a designer who balances technical mastery with a sharp eye for modern layout, typography, and color theory.
Creative Mandates

Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual assets for social media, web interfaces, and print collateral.

Collaborate with marketing strategists to transform campaign briefs into engaging digital narratives.

Produce polished vector illustrations and photo manipulations using industry-standard creative suites.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict production deadlines.

Refine existing brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive identity across all emerging platforms.
Remuneration: Monthly salary ranging from 75,000 – 150,000 LKR, based on portfolio strength and technical expertise.
Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a diverse portfolio showcasing versatility in commercial design.
