F&B Manager – Kandy

We are headhunting a sophisticated F&B Manager to lead the culinary operations of a premier establishment in Kandy. This role is designed for a strategic hospitality professional who can harmonize creative menu development with rigorous financial discipline and world-class service standards.
You will oversee multiple outlets, ensuring that the food and beverage experience remains a primary differentiator for the brand while driving profitability through meticulous inventory control and staff leadership.
Strategic Deliverables

Direct all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest service.

Curate innovative menus in collaboration with the executive chef to reflect seasonal trends and local tastes.

Manage departmental budgets, analyzing labor costs and COGS to maximize revenue margins.

Implement stringent health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with international certifications.

Mentor and train diverse service teams to deliver a refined, high-engagement dining atmosphere.
Requirements: Degree in Hospitality Management and a proven track record of managing high-volume, luxury F&B environments in Sri Lanka.
