Senior Marketing Lead – Retail Growth

We are looking for a visionary Senior Marketing Lead to drive hyper-local traffic and revenue growth across our retail network. This role is designed for a data-driven strategist who can blend traditional brick-and-mortar marketing with cutting-edge digital acquisition tactics. You will be responsible for defining the brand’s physical presence while optimizing the customer journey from mobile screen to storefront.

Your core responsibilities include:

Developing integrated omnichannel campaigns that synchronize online promotions with in-store events.
Analyzing local footfall data and consumer behavior to tailor regional marketing spend.
Leading the creative direction for point-of-sale displays and high-impact visual merchandising.
Managing lifecycle marketing programs to increase repeat purchase frequency and brand loyalty.
Collaborating with site managers to execute localized search engine optimization and “near me” visibility.
Monitoring competitor pricing and promotional shifts to maintain a dominant market position.
