We are looking for a commercially sharp, execution-driven individual who can connect strategy, numbers, and onground delivery to drive the Hemas Labs transformation.
Experience Profile (5–8 Years) Core Experience Areas
Candidate should have exposure to at least 2–3 of the below:

Commercial finance / business finance

Strategy / corporate planning / consulting

Project management / PMO
-
Business development / deal structuring
-
Operations or field exposure (important)
Industry Exposure

Healthcare / Pharmaceutical
-
FMCG / retail (consumer + distribution understanding)

Consulting (Big 4 / strategy firms)

High-growth, multi-location businesses
Educational Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business / Engineering

Professional qualifications preferred in CIMA / ACCA / CFA
-
MBA (Optional but strong advantage)

A. Financial & Commercial Acumen
Strong understanding of:

ROI, IRR, payback models

Unit economics (cost per centre, cost per sample, etc.)

Ability to build and challenge business cases

Experience in pricing, margin, and cost structures

Ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously, build and manage OKRs, milestones, dashboards and drive follow-ups across teams
