Location:BOC IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the Bank of Ceylon is looking for suitably qualified, experienced, dynamic and results oriented young persons.

1. Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline obtained from a local or foreign university, recognized by UGC of Sri Lanka. Postgraduate qualification or certifications in banking systems will be an added advantage. (Please attach a copy with your application)

2. Certifications

Professional Certification in following IT disciplines will be an added advantage

• ITIL Foundation

• ISO 9001 Awareness

• Professional certifications such as Oracle DBA, SQL Server, or relevant CBS platform training (e.g., Fiserv, Finacle, Temenos, Flexcube).

• COBIT 2019

3. Previous Work Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in application development and support within a financial institution, with at least 7 years in a Senior Position.

• Capability to do a Cost-Benefit Analysis of IT solutions being deployed.

• Proven exposure to CBS modules (e.g., Loans, Deposits, GL, Payments).

• Experience in system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.

• Hands-on experience in SQL, stored procedures, and troubleshooting application-level issues.

• Understanding of banking operations, digital channels, and regulatory compliance.
