Role Description

This full-time, on-site Medical Officer role is based at our Negombo location. The Medical Officer will provide high-quality medical care by diagnosing and treating patients, performing relevant medical procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves conducting patient consultations, managing follow-up care, and participating in training sessions and professional development activities to stay updated on advances in medical practice and protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medicine and Patient Care to effectively diagnose and treat various medical conditions

• Experience in Surgery and working collaboratively with Physicians to provide excellent healthcare services

• Skills in Training and willingness to participate in and conduct ongoing professional development activities

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, strong interpersonal communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities

• Valid medical degree and registration with applicable medical councils or boards

• Previous clinical experience is highly valued, especially in a hospital setting

• Commitment to upholding ethical medical practices and maintaining patient confidentiality
