- Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision, stock auditing, or floor management.
- Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to direct floor staff, allocate shifts, maintain discipline, and enforce workplace safety compliance.
- Problem-Solving & Accuracy: High analytical aptitude for inventory reconciliation, space optimization, dispatch tracking, and minimizing stock loss.
- Communication Skills: Good command of Sinhala and English to coordinate with transport vendors, store managers, and administrative personnel.
