Business Growth Executive

As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic individual to drive growth and strengthen the global presence of our Kingslake Blue suite of solutions.

Role Overview:

The Business Growth Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities globally for a SaaS-based solution tailored to the manufacturing industry, especially apparel manufacturing. The role requires a high-level understanding of manufacturing & supply chain processes and digital transformation, combined with the ability to sell software solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and penetrate key global manufacturing hubs through targeted outbound strategies
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations leading to sales closures in an agreed period.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across multiple regions
• Work with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share market feedback and influence product development and enhancements.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field will be an added advantage
• Proven 3+ years of experience in international sales/business development, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions for the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
